Shipping policy

Online Orders:

Online orders with Standard Shipping require a processing/shipping window of up to 3 business days.  Shipping times may be longer during peak shopping seasons or due to inclement weather.  

Sundays and holidays are not business days for us, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when placing your order.

Once your item(s) leave our store, we are not responsible for lost or late packages.  We do our part and take our job extremely serious, its up to UPS/USPS/FedEx to do their part and take THEIR job serious.  We only see what you see when it comes to tracking information.  We will NOT refund items or shipping fees if your item(s) arrive late.  Reaching out to USPS/UPS/FedEx is recommended.  

A flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 is applied to all orders regardless of dollar limit.  This applies to all purchases online as well as those purchases made during our Facebook Live events. 

Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
