Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

If you require a return or exchange of your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item. 
We accept online returns postmarked within 4 weeks from the date your order was shipped. 

Online and In-Store purchases can be returned for store/online credit only.  A gift card will be emailed to you equal to the amount of your purchase minus any shipping costs (except free shipping).  We do NOT offer cash refunds.  This is the return policy for ALL payment methods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached).  Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains or smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you with a return shipping fee.  

Items Not Returnable:

1.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  This includes shoes that have been worn or shows wear.

2.  Clearance or Seasonal items are NOT returnable, and are considered FINAL SALE.

3.  Items that are damaged in your washing, drying or dry cleaning process.  Handle your items with care.

4.  Items that are damaged during the unboxing of your package.  Use caution when opening your package(s) with sharp objects.  Failure to do so may result in damage to the contents and we are NOT liable if you damage your item(s).

Online Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by notifying us via email at shop@triciastresures-bistro.com or call the store at 715-478-1160.  Upon cancelling your order, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 3 business days minus a $10 cancellation fee.  All items bought on sale are final and are not eligible for cancellation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We are NOT liable if your return is lost or stolen once you ship it back to us.
